DUKPouches - 100% waterproof, floating cell phone pouches:

How do I know what size DUKPouch I need?

Measure your cell phone from top to bottom. For phones up to 6", you'll need the Large and for phones up to 6.5", you'll need the Extra Large. If you have a bulky or rubber cell phone case, you might have to remove it.

I can't use my iPhone while inside my DUKPouch. What do I do?

You need to turn on your Assistive Touch - it's easy!

Go to: Settings > General > Accessibility > Assistive Touch - ON

This will put an icon on your iPhone's home screen that you can now use instead of the home button.

How do I get my phone in and out of my DUKPouch?

Open your DUKPouch by opening the "tabs" from the side and then spreading open the top. Insert your phone upside down so that the camera is visible in the small transparent window on the rear side of the pouch. Close the top and line up the tabs, then close the tabs. You'll feel them "click" - that's when you know that your DUKPouch is closed and 100% waterproof!

I've tried other brands of "waterproof" cell phone cases. They didn't work and they ruined my phone! How do I know that your DUKPouch will actually work?

We've sold tens of thousands of DUKPouches and only a few have been returned. We tested each return and determined that the pouch didn't "work" because of user error, since our tests concluded that the pouches were indeed 100% waterproof (we weigh them down with an old cell phone inside so that they remain under water for over an hour, and then take the cell phone out - they've all been 100% dry!).
